Roger McKnight, chief petroleum analyst at En-Pro International, talks about what Canadians can expect to pay at the pumps in the week ahead. He says while oil prices are lower, there’s still going to be a price spike in gasoline as wholesale costs are continuing to climb. He says while the IEA suggests reducing speed limits on highways could help save on oil consumption, he doesn’t think that would go over well with consumers who are eager to finally leave their house after years of COVID-related measures.
